Ground Floor
The property’s wooden entrance door, opens out onto an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with an interior of a mix of plastered white wall and stone. To the right is the sitting room with an L-shaped sofa and an armchair with coffee table, plus a large flat screen TV. A dining area seats up to 8 guests and the stylish kitchen features and island and breakfast bar with 4 chairs and includes a range of modern appliances such as dishwasher, kettle and toaster, built in microwave, oven, hob and fridge-freezer.
A large guest cloakroom is located on this floor.
A doorway has access to a Juliette balcony and a sliding door leads out onto the courtyard-style pool area.
The terrace area surrounding the pool has 6 loungers in total, plus parasols and the pool itself is 5 metres x 4 metres and 1.65 metres deep.
Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor of the house, there are two double bedrooms, each with marble en-suite shower rooms.
A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs and an opaque glass door leads out onto a communal courtyard area that has steps leading up from the street.
First Floor
The large landing on the first floor features a pleasant seating area.
There are two further double bedrooms on this level and again each of these has an en-suite shower room. These bedrooms also have Juliette balconies.
A staircase leads up to the villa’s roof terrace which has lovely views over the old town towards the harbour. A cushioned seating set is provided, together with a swing seat.
