Water's Edge Villas

We are delighted to add the unique Water's Edge Villas to our portfolio of luxury villas in Kalkan.

As the name suggests, these villas are located on the water's edge in Kalamar Bay and each, of the six villas within the collection, has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the wonderful sea views. Each villa has its own pool, plus access to a selection of beach platforms (which are furnished with loungers, parasols and shaded seating areas) on which to truly relax and unwind, with direct access to the sea.

The villas can be booked individually or in conjunction with each other for families or friends who like to holiday together but still like to retain their own space and privacy.

The villas range in size from one to six beds and, if combined, can accommodate up to 30 guests.
