Accommodation
Ground Floor
The property is accessed through a metal gate from the street above via some steps that lead down to the rear of the property. The entrance door leads into the spacious open plan living area.
Immediately to the left as you walk in, is a cloak room with WC and basin and opposite, a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests' use.
The living room has a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and Smart TV. French windows provide access to the pool terrace.
Also on this level is a dining table with 6 chairs and the well equipped kitchen has a gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich toaster, air fryer, toaster and kettle.
First Floor
There are two en-suite bedrooms on this level; the Master bedroom has a floating double bed, with integral side tables on the head board. There is also a wardrobe and a free-standing mirror within the room plus an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub with integral shower, a WC and basin.
Glass doors give access to the covered shared balcony furnished with a side table and 4 chairs from which to take in the views across the town towards the sea.
The second bedroom is a twin that can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe and there is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Glass doors also give access to the shared covered balcony with seating to enjoy the views.
Second Floor
Set under the eaves, this double bedroom has a shower within the room with opaque glass doors and an en-suite WC and basin. Within the room are half wardrobes with open shelves as well as a clothes rail. There are also two small armchairs and a small stool within the room. A glass door leads out to the roof terrace.
On the roof terrace, are two sun loungers with a side table and a large L-shaped sofa with comfy cushions. A great spot in which to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the the stunning views across the bay.
Outside The Villa
The large pool terrace offers plenty of space with a dining table with 6 chairs and a seating area under a pergola plus a built in BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.
The salt water pool is accessed via Roman-style steps with 4 sun loungers spaced around it plus 2 parasols. There is also a double swing seat too.
To the side of the villa is table tennis for guests who like to be a little more active while on holiday.
There is also an external shower for guests' use.
