We are delighted to add the unique 'Water's Edge' villas to our portfolio of luxury villas in Kalkan.
As the name suggests, these villas are located on the water's edge in Kalamar Bay and each of the three villas within the collection has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the wonderful sea views. Each villa has its own pool, plus access to a selection of beach platforms that are furnished with loungers, parasols and shaded seating areas in which to truly relax and unwind.
Villa Water’s Edge 6 is a serene hideaway set above the sparkling waters of Kalamar Bay, offering uninterrupted sea views and direct access to a collection of private waterfront platforms . Thoughtfully designed for two, this stylish retreat blends natural textures, high wooden ceilings and seamless indoor–outdoor living to create an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Its peaceful setting, surrounded by olive groves and the sound of the sea, makes it an exceptional choice for couples seeking privacy and calm.
The open-plan living space flows effortlessly onto the terrace, where a salt-water plunge pool and comfortable loungers invite slow mornings and sunset unwinding . Inside, the villa offers a well-equipped kitchen, elegant sleeping area, modern en-suite and thoughtful touches such as a washing machine, WiFi, a welcome pack and pools towels during the main season. Every detail is designed to elevate comfort while keeping the focus firmly on the breathtaking coastal setting.
A scenic pathway leads down to the sea, where guests can enjoy swimming platforms with loungers and shaded seating—perfect for sunbathing, reading or dipping into the turquoise bay. A tranquil location away from the bustle, Villa Water’s Edge 6 delivers a boutique, barefoot-luxury experience ideal for a romantic escape.

Ground Floor
The living space is open plan with a high wooden ceiling, is accessed through sliding doors from the pool terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with an extractor fan and an electric oven below, kettle and sandwich toaster. A small circular dining table with 2 dining chairs is also provided.
The double bed within the room has side tables and an open wardrobe with a wall mounted TV. The en-suite shower room has a basin and WC. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests' use
Outside The Villa
Outside, the salt-water plunge pool has steps leading into the water – a great spot from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay. On the terrace, there are two sun loungers, two armchairs set around a small coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining.
There's a pathway past the villa which leads down through olive groves to the sea, where you will find a choice of swimming platforms at your disposal (please note that access to this villa and these pathways are quite steep, so they may not be suitable for people with mobility issues).

- WiFi internet connection is provided
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival (except for bookings that take place outside of the normal season)
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
- The property has access to a selection of swimming platforms with direct access to the sea – these may not be operational during adverse weather conditions and / or outside of the normal season
- Please note that the road leading to the villa is largely unmade and quite rough in parts, so if hiring a car, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended
- Prices shown are for the villa per week (not per person). Maximum number of guests = 2.
