The living space is open plan with high wooden ceilings. The sitting room has a flat screen TV and two sofas and 2 armchairs set around a coffee table. The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven (that also doubles up as a microwave), kettle, toaster and water cooler. A dining table to seat 8 guests is also provided. There is also a large cloakroom / utility room, which also houses the washing machine (inside a cupboard) for guests’ use.

The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms is located on this floor, a spacious double, with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out to the garden.

A striking black marble spiral staircase provides access to the first floor, where there are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and airy with 2 armchairs and a little table. The dressing area leads to a large en-suite shower room with twin basins. Sliding doors lead out onto a large shared balcony that’s furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The balcony has amazing views across the bay. The second double shares the same balcony and it also has a small Juliette balcony which allows plenty of light into the room. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and its own balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a table.

Outside, the salt-water infinity pool has an integral Jacuzzi and shallow area for children to play in. There are eight sun loungers on the terrace with two large parasols, a comfy seating area and a table with 8 chairs for al-fresco dining. There is also a built in BBQ, together with and table tennis. Beyond the pool are steps that lead down to the sea front where you will find a selection of swimming platforms with direct access to the sea – these are furnished with sun loungers and parasols as well as shaded seating areas to enable you to soak up the peace and quiet with a book perhaps.
