The living space is open plan with high wooden ceilings. The sitting room has flat screen TV, two large sofas and two swivel armchairs set around a coffee table. The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven (that also doubles up as a microwave), kettle, toaster and water cooler. A dining table to seat 12 is also provided.

There is also a cloakroom, which also houses the washing machine (inside a cupboard) for guests’ use.

There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor, the first of which is a double with en-suite shower room. A door from this bedroom leads out into to a side garden which is furnished with two wooden chairs and a small table. The other bedroom on this level is a large twin with en-suite shower room.

A striking black marble spiral staircase provides access to the first floor where there are four further bedrooms, two at the front of the villa and two at the rear. The first of the bedrooms to the front left, is a double with two elegant armchairs and table within the room as well as an en-suite shower. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out onto a shared balcony. The bedroom to the rear left of the building is a double with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a side balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a table.

The bedroom to the front right of the building is a double with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out onto the large shared balcony furnished with a sofa and 2 armchairs around a coffee table. This balcony has great views out across the bay. The bedroom to the rear right of the building, is a twin with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a side balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a small table.

Outside, the salt-water infinity pool has an integral jacuzzi and a shallow area for children to play in. There are twelve sun loungers on the terrace with two large parasols, a comfy seating area and a table with 12 chairs for al-fresco dining. There is also a built in BBQ and table tennis is provided as well as a further comfy seating area beneath a pergola. The wooden door in the garden opens onto a small pathway that leads down to the sea front where you will find a selection of swimming platforms with direct access to the sea – these are furnished with sun loungers and parasols as well as covered seating areas from which to enjoy the fabulous views across to the islands and beyond.
