We’re delighted to add Villa Waratah to our portfolio of luxury five-bedroom villas. Positioned on an elevated hillside above Kalkan town, the villa has been expertly designed to maximise its exceptional setting, enjoying uninterrupted ocean views from every aspect. Panoramic vistas stretch across Kalkan Bay towards the iconic Mouse and Snake Islands, creating a striking backdrop both indoors and out.

Inside, Villa Waratah offers a calm and contemporary environment ideal for families or groups of friends. The open-plan living space is beautifully appointed with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a sleek modern kitchen with island breakfast bar and premium built-in appliances. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light, while three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms—each with en-suite facilities and air conditioning—provide comfort and privacy throughout.

Outside, a stunning infinity-edged pool is framed by generous terraces, relaxed seating, and a shaded al-fresco dining area with BBQ. Accommodation

Ground Floor

An open plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, fireplace and dining table to seat 8. Open plan kitchen with island unit / breakfast bar and an array of built-in appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. A water cooler is also provided.

A guest cloakroom and a utility room are also located on this floor (with washing machine, iron and ironing board).

Lower Ground Floor

A well-equipped games room is located on this level, complete with table tennis, table football, TV, PS4, DVD player and exercise equipment.

First Floor

The villa has three double bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows that provide spectacular views across the bay and distant islands.

Second Floor

There are two bedrooms on the villa's top floor (each with twin beds) and both lead out onto a large balcony, which again enjoys breath-taking views over Kalkan Bay.

All bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms and are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Outside The Villa

Lovely infinity-edged swimming pool with plenty of terrace space, comfortable seating area and a shaded al-fresco dining area plus BBQ.
