Outside, the spacious marble terrace features an inviting infinity pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi that cascades into the water, along with sun loungers, parasols, comfortable lounge seating and a BBQ area for al-fresco dining beneath the villa’s distinctive shaded roof design.

Inside, the villa offers bright contemporary living spaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms with private balconies. The lively restaurants, shops and harbour of central Kalkan are around a 15-minute walk away.

Ground Floor

The living area of the property is stylishly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

There is also a round dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer, water cooler, toaster and kettle.

Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms on this level with a private balcony with sea views. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite featuring a Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower with rain-forest shower-head.

There is also a twin room with a private balcony and a marbled en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower with rain-forest shower head.

Second Floor

The second twin room is on this level with a private balcony and a marbled en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower with rain-forest shower head.

Outside The Villa

The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design.
