Guests are also granted exclusive use of a private cabana with direct sea access, while Kalkan’s charming Old Town and harbour are only a short stroll away.
Finished to an exceptionally high standard, the villa is arranged over two elegant floors and designed in a contemporary style that prioritises comfort and relaxation. The entrance level opens onto a stylish living and dining area, complemented by a fully equipped modern kitchen. A standout feature of the villa is its private wellness suite, which includes a heated indoor plunge pool, traditional hammam, sauna and relaxation area, offering a spa-like experience within your own home.
Upstairs, three beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, two of which enjoy sea views and access to a shared covered balcony. Outside, the private pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols and comfortable seating, creating a serene space to unwind. Accommodation
Ground Floor
The villa is accessed via own private path to the decked pool terrace. Through the entrance door, is a cloak room and a passageway leads to the indoor plunge pool (that can be heated on request), hamam, sauna and separate shower plus a day bed. There is also a separate WC and basin in this area too.
A corridor leads through to the living area with a dining table to seat 6 comfortably and there is a dividing wall which features a large Smart TV that can be rotated so it can be watched from the living room or the dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and armchairs set around a coffee table. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
Towards the rear of the villa is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, built in microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, Turkish coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle and a separate kitchen island with sink and two chairs.
A separate WC on this level leads into an area where the sauna, hamam and plunge pool are located. The indoor pool can be heated on request and there is also a double day bed and separate shower provided.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on this floor. At the top of the stairs is the first double room with a wall-mounted TV, wardrobes, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small table.
The twin bedroom is at the rear of the property and this can be made into a double on request. There are wardrobes, dressing table with stool, a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room. This room has a Juliette balcony.
The second double bedroom on this floor has a wall-mounted TV, wardrobes, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small table. This bedroom, also has a glass door to access a side balcony.
Both the double bedrooms have sea views.
A cupboard can be found on the landing which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ use.
Outside The Villa
The private pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by decking with 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. There is a comfortable sofa set and the trees and shrubs provide privacy from the coastal access road below to the hotel.
There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.
