Ground Floor
The front door leads into the open plan living space with an L-shaped kitchen which has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
The living area has a large L-shaped sofa spaced around a coffee table with a Smart TV with access to the pool terrace through glass doors.
On this level as well, is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a bedside table, dressing table with stool and a wardrobe. Glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
First Floor
There are three double bedrooms on this floor all with en-suite shower rooms and a private balcony with sea views.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a decked area to the front of the pool with 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols and a further 2 sun loungers with a parasol on the pool terrace.
There is also a comfortable seating area and a dining table with 8 chairs and a portable BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
There is also a swing seat by the pool as well.
