The property is accessed through a gate at street level up to the pool terrace past the lower terrace with the entrance door to the side of the villa. This opens into a spacious open plan living space with a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus a Smart TV on a shelving unit offering Apple TV and other English-speaking channels. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.

The large dining table seats 8 comfortably and a further set of sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs plus a large fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler.

A separate cloakroom/WC can also be found on this level.

Beneath the stairs on this level, is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

The bedroom to the left on this level, is a double with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. Within the bedroom is a wardrobe, chest of drawers plus a TV and an armchair. Sliding doors lead out to the lower garden terrace.

The bedroom to the right is a twin room with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. Within the room is a wardrobe, chest of drawers with a mirror and a chair as well as an armchair and a TV set on a sideboard. Sliding doors lead out to the lower garden terrace.

There is also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a rattan seating area in which to relax and enjoy the views. Pool heating is provided at no additional cost (please see note about this below).

To the side of the villa is a wooden pergola with bar with 8 bar chairs plus an outside kitchenette with two drinks fridges and sink, as well as a large gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al-fresco dining.

There is also a poolside shower for guests’ use.

Steps lead down to the lower garden terrace which has another bar set beneath the stairs, with a fridge and a sink as well as 4 bar chairs.

In addition, a rattan dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa set is provided.

For those who like to be a little more energetic, a pool table and table tennis is provided under cover.

There are also two further sun loungers with a side table and a parasol to enable guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the garden terrace.
