Accommodation
Ground Floor
The ground floor hosts the modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as the main living room and dining area, all beautifully furnished for a luxurious stay. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen includes a range of appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Large, glass sliding doors open out onto to the pool terrace.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor consists of an open plan living area with comfortable seating, a pool table and bar, as well as access to an outdoor gym.
Two bedrooms are also located on this floor:
Bedroom 1 – double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony with seating and en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 2 – twin beds (can be converted into a double bed if required), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite facilities.
First Floor
The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, each with a balcony and the larger bedroom also has a Jacuzzi.
Bedroom 3 – double bed, dressing table, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, Jacuzzi, balcony and en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 4 – double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, balcony and en-suite facilities.
Second Floor
Bedroom 5 – the top floor consists of a large bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sun loungers, seating and a Jacuzzi. The balcony has great sea views, making this the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a spacious pool terrace with outside seating, a shaded dining area (to seat 10 people) and a BBQ area. The infinity edged pool is approximately 10 metres x 4.9 metres x 1.55 metres deep. An outside shower is also provided.
Plenty of poolside loungers are provided.
