Upon entering, the beautiful pink door with ornate stained glass side panels leads into the hallway. On one side is a cloakroom with basin and WC for guests’ use, featuring a wonderful feature alcove.

On the other side of the hallway, is the first of 4 bedrooms, a double, with en-suite dressing room on one side of the dressing table, and an en-suite shower room on the other side. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the wonderful far reaching sea views, plus a beautiful day bed on which to relax by the pool.

Down a couple of steps off the hallway, is a built-in sofa beneath the stairs. Opposite, are sliding doors that lead out to the pool with shallow steps for access and a swing!

The open plan living area offers exceptional views through the double height atrium windows, with a flower inspired chandelier. There are two sofas set around two connected coffee tables and a large smart TV offering English channels as well as Netflix (via your own account). A further set of sliding doors give access to the rear garden with cosy seating area complete with sugar cube lights!

The living area leads to the kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests on 5 chairs plus a built-in cushioned bench under the arched window. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools on one side and on the other, a sink and a dishwasher. There is also a large fridge freezer, gas hob with extractor fan and an electric oven below. The microwave and filter coffee machine are cleverly contained within the kitchen cupboard by the sliding glass doors that give access to the side of the villa. A gorgeous pink Smeg toaster and kettle are on the counter top and there is a water cooler provided as well.

On this level are 3 further bedrooms – each uniquely designed. At the end of the corridor to the left, is a spectacular circular double bed in the centre of the room draped with voile curtains. Within the room is a free-standing bath and a dressing table with a stool. Through an archway behind the bed, is a separate dressing area with basin that leads into the en-suite shower room via an opaque glass door. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table from which to take in the beautiful sea views.

Opposite this bedroom is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

The adjacent twin room has a feature wall with roses and a dressing table with stool. There is a separate dressing room and en-suite shower room off the bedroom. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with two chairs and side table from which to relax and enjoy the sea views.

On the mezzanine above the atrium are two built in sofas plus side table – a perfect place in which to relax and enjoy this light and airy space.

The second canopied master bedroom beyond, has floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides with sliding doors leading out to the private balcony with two chairs and a side table. Within the bedroom is a swing chair suspended from the ceiling, a bath and a dressing table with stool. Off the bedroom is an en-suite shower room with twin basins and a separate dressing room with open wardrobes.

The infinity pool has steps for access at one end with a large shallow area compete with two circular daybeds partially immersed in the water. There are 4 cushioned sun loungers with side tables by the pool and a separate plunge pool with an integral bench and a canopy offering breath-taking vistas.

At the side of the villa beneath a large pergola, is a dining table that seats 8 as well as a comfortable L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table. In addition, a beautiful swing seat is suspended from this covered area.

There is also a portable BBQ for al fresco dining as well as an outside sink and food preparation area.

A shower and table tennis are also provided on the terrace to the rear of the villa.
