The property is accessed through a gate at street level. Steps lead up from here to the pool terrace. The entrance door opens into a large open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table. A large Smart TV is provided. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace with stunning sea views.

At either end of this floor are two bedrooms; the first is a large double with dressing area and wall to wall wardrobes. This bedroom has a wall-mounted TV plus an en-suite bathroom with integral shower and twin basins. The picture window can be opened via remote control and the glass panes slide downwards to create a Juliette balcony with sea views.

At the other end of this floor is a second double bedroom with wardrobes, a wall to ceiling mirror as well as a wall mounted TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace with sea views.

There is a separate WC with basin on this level for guests’ use.

This floor has a second sitting room with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and Smart TV offering live British TV as well movie streaming services. There are sliding doors with a Juliette balcony from which to enjoy the sea views.

The sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), toaster, kettle and water cooler.

The kitchen island has a hob with extractor fan above and a table with 7 chairs.

Sliding doors lead to the side balcony which has a large dining table to seat 10, together with a cantilevered parasol for when shade is required.

There is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room on this floor, plus a wardrobe and wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors lead to a private side balcony with two sun loungers from which to enjoy the incredible sea views. This bedroom can be configured as a double if required (please ask for this in advance of arrival).

A whole host of activities can be found on this level. The games room on offers table tennis and table football. There is also a rowing machine, treadmill, palates balls and free weights with a bench.

In addition, there is also a sauna and hamam, plus a cinema room with a large Smart TV and DVD player – there is even a popcorn machine to help provide an authentic cinema experience!

The utility room on this level has a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

There are two further bedrooms on this floor; a large double bedroom with an ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bath, plus a separate en-suite shower room with WC and basin. The room also has a wall mounted TV with wardrobes and a floor to ceiling mirror. Sliding doors lead to a garden patio and these have a separate key, so can be used as an alternative entrance to the villa if required.

The second bedroom on this level is a twin with wardrobe and wall mounted TV. Occupants of this bedroom have use of the separate shower room with WC and basin on the same floor. Sliding doors lead to the garden patio and both rooms have sea views.

The superb infinity pool has a shallow section in which is immersed four sun-loungers. There’s a parasol at one end and the deeper part of the pool has a ladder for access. There are a further 4 sun loungers spaced around the pool with parasols. Stepping-stones within the shallow area of the pool give access to the covered terrace which is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs plus a coffee table.

Wonderful sea views can be enjoyed from the pool terrace and there is also a swing chair and dining table to seat 10, plus a portable BBQ for al fresco dining.

There is also an external shower for guests’ use.
