The house has been modernised throughout and offers a large open plan contemporary living space with a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a large fridge freezer, electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There is a separate TV area off the kitchen with a flat screen TV and DVD player (no TV channels are provided; the TV is just for DVD viewing and online streaming services).

Around the ornamental fire place, the sitting room has two sofas and an armchair with sliding glass doors leading to the pool terrace.

The dining table is up a couple of steps and seats 8 guests comfortably.

There is also a twin room on this level with an en-suite shower room.

There are 4 bedrooms on this level, two double bedrooms to the front of the villa with en-suite shower rooms and glass doors give access to a shared covered balcony with wonderful sea views.

To the back of the villa are two twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms.

The internal staircase takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views; a great spot from which to enjoy a sundowner. In addition, the 'roof room' on the top floor is spacious, air-conditioned and furnished with sofas, a TV, plus a drinks fridge and sink, making it the perfect venue for teens to 'hang out'.

The villa has its own pool (dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres, depth 1.2 metres – 1.5 metres). Loungers and parasols are provided on the surrounding terrace, together with a corner seating set and a dining table that seats 8 guests at the back of the villa under an awning.
