The well equipped modern kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob with extractor fan, water cooler, toaster and kettle.
The spacious lounge area has a sofa and a flat screen TV with a coffee table and there is a dining table with 6 chairs.
A separate bathroom is located on this level off the living area.
Sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace.
First Floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor, a double with a king size bed with an en-suite shower room and private balcony.
The second bedroom is a twin which can be made into a double on request. There is an en-suite shower room and private balcony.
Second Floor
The top floor under high eaves is a double bedroom with a king size bed with en-suite shower room and a large terrace with sun loungers.
Outside The Villa
The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, barbeque, lounging area and a dining area for the all important al fresco dining.
