As you come through the entrance door the well-equipped kitchen is to your left with a breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich toaster and kettle. At the back of the kitchen is a glass door leading out to the pool terrace.

The living room is to the right and there are two sofas spaced around a coffee table plus a flat screen TV. There is also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

There are two bedrooms on this level – the twin room can be made into a double on request. Within the room are wardrobes and a glass door leads to the shared balcony with sea views. Guests staying in this room would use the separate shower room just across the landing.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath with an integral shower. Sliding doors give access to the shared balcony which has a table and two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe and wall mounted TV.

The freshwater pool is accessed by a ladder and there are 4 sun loungers with side tables and 2 parasols by the pool. At one end, steps lead up to a raised ottoman seating area under a pergola.

There is also a dining table with 6 chairs under a pergola with a portable BBQ for al-fresco dining.

The walled garden has mature plants and offers guests privacy from the surrounding villas.
