The entrance door is within a covered glass conservatory to the side of the villa and opens into the open plan living area.

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus an ornamental fireplace. There is also a Smart TV and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and nearby is a second set of sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

There is also a separate shower room on this floor and a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

There are two bedrooms on this level – the pink room is a double with a feature wall and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes. An archway leads through to the en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower. Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with two wrought iron armchairs with cushions plus a circular table with two chairs in which to take in the views across Kalamar Bay.

Next door is the blue room with a feature wall and this room has twin beds with an arch leading to a built in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with sea views.

This floor has the Master bedroom that occupies the whole of the front of the villa on this level. Within the room is a feature wall with a chaise longue at the end of the double bed. There are unique wooden wardrobes with mirrored doors and a dressing table with stool. There is also an office table with a chair plus an en-suite shower room. On either side of the dressing table are two glass doors giving access to the covered private balcony. On the balcony are two wicker armchairs and a coffee table from which to take in the wonderful sea views.

Also on this floor is also a small bedroom with two bunk beds, a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe. A glass door leads to a side balcony with a chair and small table. This room would be ideal for children who would need to share the en-suite shower room within the Master bedroom.

At the top of the stairs is a kitchenette with sink, kettle and drinks’ fridge with glasses and cups.

Through a glass door is the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is furnished with two sun loungers plus a parasol and beneath a pergola is a comfortable seating area in which to relax and enjoy the panoramic views out towards Mouse and Snake islands.

The freshwater pool has steps at one end and a ladder at the other to access the water. There are seven sun loungers spaced around the pool with three parasols. There is a round table with a parasol and 2 wrought iron metal chairs from which to enjoy the wonderful bougainvillea by the pool.

To the side of the villa is a covered area with a circular glass dining table with 8 chairs and a seating area with a coffee table with direct access to the kitchen through a glass door. There is also a gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.

At the rear of the villa is a cushioned built-in sofa and on the other side of the mature garden are two wooden chairs and a table from which to enjoy the beautiful garden and fruit trees on the terraces above.

There is also a poolside shower provided.
