Ground Floor
4 bedrooms, two doubles and two twin bedded also offer spacious accommodation for guests. The two twin rooms enjoy sea views and share a bathroom. The 2 double bedrooms on this floor are en-suite, with sea views from one and a pretty garden view from the other.
A very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area comprise the rest of the ground floor.
First Floor
This floor is entirely dedicated to two identical master suites with a very large connecting balcony and open sea views. Each master suite has a king size bed, built in wardrobes, free-standing deep fill bath tub, double basins, shower and WC.
Outside The Villa
Outside, the pool terraces are furnished with cushioned rattan sunbeds, seating group, dining for 12 guests, sun umbrellas and a stone barbeque.
Two fresh water infinity pools provide the very best facilities for swimming in any private Kalkan villa.
