Villa Nergis is a beautifully presented four-bedroom detached villa set along the popular Kalamar Road, just a pleasant 12–15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. Ground Floor

Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with comfortable seating, TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and washing machine.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, both opening onto a spacious shared balcony boasting stunning views over Kalamar Bay.

Second Floor

One double bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and an en-suite shower/wet room, with a Juliet balcony. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and access to a large balcony with sweeping views across both Kalamar and Kalkan Bays.

Roof Terrace

The roof terrace is spacious with amazing views and is equipped with a sink and a fridge, table & chairs and sun-loungers and a parasol.

Outside The Villa

The villa features a large freshwater pool for exclusive use, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace with loungers and parasols. Guests can enjoy al-fresco dining at the outdoor table with chairs, alongside a stone BBQ. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
