Overview
Newly built for the 2020 season, Villa Muscadet is an elegant and contemporary retreat, perfectly suited to families or groups of friends seeking space, comfort and style in Kalkan. For larger gatherings, the neighbouring Villa Merlot can also be booked, allowing accommodation for up to 20 guests across the two villas.
Villa Muscadet offers five generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, alongside a bright and beautifully designed open-plan living space. The stylish lounge, expansive dining area seating ten and sleek, fully equipped kitchen create a wonderful social hub, ideal for relaxing or entertaining together.
Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The spacious terrace enjoys gorgeous views across Kalkan and out to sea, with shaded al fresco dining, comfortable lounge seating and a large private swimming pool providing the perfect setting for long, sun-filled days. Guests will also enjoy the games room with table tennis and pool table, while the villa’s location—just a 10-minute stroll from Kalkan’s charming old town—offers the ideal balance of tranquillity and convenience.

Entrance leading into the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area for 10 guests and lounge area with large, comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV.
Sliding glass doors lead out on to the terrace and pool area. There is a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room and also a separate WC on this level.
Lower Ground Floor
Master double bedroom with Jacuzzi bath, dressing room and en-suite shower room.
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and shared garden/terrace area.
A large corridor leads to a utility room and garage/games room with pool table and table tennis.
Please note that this level does not have sea views.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and furnished balconies with magnificent sea views.
Outside The Villa
The large terrace gives you plenty of space to enjoy those fabulous views. There is shaded dining area and also a covered lounge area and coal barbecue.
10 sun loungers and 3 large parasols are provided.
The inviting swimming pool is accessed by a ladder and is approximately 9 metres x 4 metres x 1.8 metres deep.
