Villa Moonshine is a stylish four-bedroom retreat overlooking the shimmering waters of Kalamar Bay, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views. Ideally located just a short walk from the cafés and restaurants along Kalamar Road, with beach clubs nearby and Kalkan town within a pleasant 20-minute stroll, it perfectly balances convenience with tranquillity.

The villa features a bright, contemporary interior centred around a spacious open-plan living area. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen, generous dining space and comfortable lounge with a large Smart TV create an inviting setting for socialising, while floor-to-ceiling views enhance the sense of luxury throughout.

Outside, a generous sun terrace awaits with a large swimming pool and integrated Jacuzzi, ample sun loungers and a shaded pergola dining area with built-in BBQ. Accommodation

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises a bright open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern appliances including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and water cooler. A breakfast bar is also incorporated into the kitchen and a dining table seating 8 guests can be found nearby. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, together with several pouffes set around a coffee table. A 77" Smart TV provides Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided for guests’ use.

A guest cloakroom / WC can also be found on this floor.

First Floor

Two of the villa’s four bedrooms are located on this level; a double and a twin. Both bedrooms have sea views, en-suite shower rooms and they share a balcony that spans the width of the villa. This is furnished with two seating sets from which to take in the glorious views.

Second Floor

This level houses the remaining two bedrooms which are both doubles. Both bedrooms have sea views, en-suites and use of a shared balcony. One of the bedrooms also has an ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bathtub. Panoramic sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from the shared balcony which is furnished with has four sun-loungers plus a seating set.

Outside The Villa

The spacious terrace is home to a large pool with built-in Jacuzzi section. Surrounding the pool are eight sun-loungers plus parasols. Beneath a shady pergola, is a dining table to seat 8 guests, plus a built-in BBQ.
