Mini Arden is a delightful one-bedroom villa, ideal for honeymooners or couples seeking privacy, tranquillity and spectacular views. Set in an elevated position and all on one level, the villa enjoys sweeping vistas across olive groves, Kalkan Bay, the harbour and the islands beyond.
Inside, there is a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, comfortably furnished and well equipped, alongside a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, the wrap-around terrace features a private freshwater pool, sun loungers, comfortable seating, an al-fresco dining area and BBQ. Just a short taxi ride or downhill walk from Kalkan town, Mini Arden offers a romantic and peaceful retreat.

The living space includes comfortable seating and a TV, with direct access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats four, making this a perfect space for relaxed indoor and outdoor living.
Outside The Villa
The wrap-around pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers, an al-fresco dining area (to seat 4), comfortable seating set, portable BBQ, freshwater pool, garden area and stunning views which incorporate olive groves to one side, Mouse and Snake islands in the bay and the harbour below.
