Villa Mercan is a stunning four-bedroom villa set just 150 metres from the nearest beach platform in the prestigious Kömürlük area of Kalkan. Located east of the harbour and Old Town, the villa enjoys a peaceful yet convenient position, with Kalkan’s beach clubs, harbour and restaurants all within a pleasant 15-minute walk.

Designed in a contemporary style, Villa Mercan offers elegant and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass showcases breathtaking, uninterrupted views across the village and Kalkan Bay, which can be enjoyed from every level of the villa. All bedrooms are en-suite, ensuring privacy and comfort for families or groups of friends.

The highlight of the property is the luxurious roof terrace, complete with a Jacuzzi plunge pool, outdoor kitchen and an impressive ottoman seating area—perfect for sunset cocktails. Ground Floor

Spacious open plan living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The living area provides comfortable seating with satellite TV and DVD player. The glass frontage of the property enables one to make the most of the stunning sea views.

There is also a utility room + WC on this level with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board etc.

First Floor

This floor houses two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Each has an en-suite shower room.

Second Floor

This floor houses two further bedrooms – each has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Roof Terrace

One of the highlights of this villa is its stunning roof terrace with far-reaching views and a Jacuzzi plunge pool. The terrace is also furnished with a huge ottoman seating area and it also benefits from having an outdoor kitchen.

Outside The Villa

Villa Mercan has a large infinity-edged pool with a spacious terrace furnished with comfortable seating and ample sunloungers + parasols. An al-fresco dining area plus a shower are also provided. The pool and the Jacuzzi can be heated if required – additional charges apply (please see below for details).
