The first double bedroom is on this floor and has an en-suite shower room with twin basins, built in wardrobes and wall mounted TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace which has magnificent views across Kalamar Bay.

There is also a guest WC on this level and a utility room with a washing machine beneath the stairs.

The third bedroom on this level is a twin accessed across the atrium which has built in seating and a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and wall mounted TV. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table from which to sit and enjoy the spectacular sea views.

On the landing is a desk and swivel office chair for guests’ use.

The top floor double bedroom is under the eaves with an en-suite shower room. Glass doors lead to the roof terrace which offers panoramic views.

There is a separate glass door on the landing offering access to the roof terrace (without having to walk through the bedroom).

The roof terrace features a large Jacuzzi, 4 sun loungers and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The large freshwater pool has a shallow portion with sun loungers and immersed stools at one end by the sunken pool bar which has a fridge and sink. At the other end of the pool is an integral Jacuzzi and there are further sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool.

At the side of the villa is a dining table that comfortably seats 8 with a built in BBQ for al fresco dining as well as an outside sink and food preparation area. There is also a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table to enjoy the mountain and sea views.

Table tennis can be found at the back of the villa for guests who like to be a little more energetic!
