Overview
We are delighted to introduce this elegant four-bedroom villa, set in a peaceful position just off Kalamar Road. Surrounded by olive groves and mountain scenery, the villa enjoys a tranquil yet convenient location, with Kalkan town a gentle 15–20 minute walk away, local cafés and supermarkets close by, and a scenic path through the olive grove leading directly to the seafront.
Designed with comfort and stylein mind, the villa is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and offers generous open-plan living spaces, a sleek fully equipped kitchen and four stylish en-suite bedrooms, including two impressive master suites. Light-filled interiors flow effortlessly onto terraces and balconies, many offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape.
Outside, a large freshwater swimming pool, shaded dining pergola with built-in BBQ, and multiple seating and relaxation areas create the perfect setting for leisurely days and evenings. Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance door leads into a hallway with a cloakroom/WC that also has a shower. There is also a washing machine in the understairs cupboard for guests’ use.
The very spacious open plan living area is comfortably furnished with two sofas and four armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with an extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 8 guests and sliding doors lead out to the garden terrace.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on this level; the first is a twin room (please note the beds are pushed together but is not a double mattress) with dressing table and stool, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden below.
The second bedroom is another twin room with dressing table and stool, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.
The third bedroom is a large Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, dressing table with stool, wardrobes and an ottoman at the end of the bed as well as an armchair. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with a glass topped table and 4 chairs from which to enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Second Floor
Beneath high eaves, the second Master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, dressing table with stool, wardrobe and wall mounted TV with an armchair. There is an en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead out to the villa's roof terrace.
On the landing is a separate glass door giving access to the roof terrace.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace is furnished with 4 mesh sun loungers and a comfy seating set – the ideal spot to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a large freshwater pool with integral steps for access as well as a submerged seating area at the other end. There are 6 sun loungers spaced around the pool with a parasol and side tables.
Beneath the pergola leading from the living room is a dining table with 8 chairs and a built in BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.
In addition, there is a metal sofa and two armchairs with cushions set around a coffee table, plus table football and and a swing chair.
