We are delighted to introduce Villa Manila, a superbly designed and exceptionally spacious four-bedroom villa, to our collection of luxury homes in Kalkan. Set in a peaceful, elevated position above Kalamar Bay, this striking property showcases some of the finest panoramic sea views in the region. Every detail has been carefully curated, with bespoke furnishings, custom architectural features and a calming contemporary colour palette complemented by tasteful artwork throughout.

The villa offers four generously sized en-suite bedrooms, each enjoying breathtaking sea vistas. Three expansive bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the stunning master suite occupies the top floor with its own private terrace and outdoor bar. The open-plan ground floor seamlessly blends elegant living, dining and a state-of-the-art kitchen, all opening onto expansive sun terraces via floor-to-ceiling glass.

Ground Floor

Open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and Samsung 4KUltra TV + Samsung Bluetooth sound bar.

The well equipped kitchen has composite marble worktops and a kitchen island with 4 bar chairs. There is also a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and extractor fan, water cooler, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

One of the villa’s unique design features also starts on the ground floor – the custom made curved staircase, with its beautiful metal fretwork balustrade, plus teak veneered treads, which winds its way up to the upper floors.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows which lead out onto the spacious sunbathing terraces to the front of the property.

First Floor

This level features three unusually large bedrooms – all of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, walk in wardrobes, and glorious sea views. All bedrooms have private balconies furnished with a rattan chair for relaxation.

Bedroom 1 – 35m2 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe area. There is a bath in the bedroom with amazing sea view and this bedroom also has a separate wet room style shower room, vanity unit & mirror, plus a private balcony and stunning sea view.

Bedroom 2 – 25m2 twin bedroom – en-suite wet room with fantastic sea view. Plus a private balcony and stunning sea view.

Bedroom 3 – 35m2 double bedroom with en-suite wet room with full sea view. Plus a private balcony and stunning sea view.

This level also has the benefit of a private terrace, featuring an outside bar with daybed.

Outside The Villa

Outside, is the unusually-shaped infinity swimming pool, with Jacuzzi section surrounded by a spacious pool terrace. An outdoor kitchen & bar is set to the side of the main pool terrace, with fridge/sink and BBQ, complete with shady pergola, and bar stools.

There's a pool table and table tennis within the courtyard garden at the back of the property.

The gardens are fully landscaped.
