Accommodating up to 12 guests in six elegant en-suite bedrooms, this impressive villa is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the renowned Zest and Palm Beach Clubs, as well as a leisurely 12–15 minute stroll into Kalkan’s charming town centre.

Designed for refined coastal living, the villa offers spacious, beautifully appointed interiors across multiple levels. Light-filled living areas open directly onto the pool terrace, while the upper floors house luxurious sea-view bedrooms, including an exceptional penthouse suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub and private terrace ideal for sunset relaxation.

Outside, the expansive terrace centres around a stunning infinity pool, complemented by sun loungers, shaded seating, al-fresco dining and a BBQ. For 2024, a raised pool extension has been added, featuring a Jacuzzi plunge pool and double sun loungers—creating an indulgent space to unwind while soaking up the spectacular views.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The beautiful, large kitchen is well-equipped and the comfortable lounge has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is direct access out onto the pool terrace from this level.

A guest cloakroom is provided on this level.

First Floor

On this level, there are two double bedrooms with balconies and sea views. Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers.

Second Floor

On this level, there are four further bedrooms; 2 master doubles, each with dressing room and balcony, plus a twin room and a smaller double. The twin and double share a large balcony. Each of the bedrooms on this floor have en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers.

Third Floor

The 3rd floor is dedicated to the large and lavish penthouse suite. This huge room has a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub and large en-suite shower room plus a spacious terrace with comfy table and chairs, and sun loungers on which to relax and take in the breath-taking views across the bay.

Outside The Villa

Outside you will find the stunning terrace and pool area. There are sun-loungers, parasols, plenty of outdoor seating and of course the beautiful infinity pool. A shaded al-fresco dining area is also provided, together with a poolside shower and a BBQ. For the 2024 season, a raised extension to the pool has been added – this has a Jacuzzi plunge pool, two double sun-loungers and a parasol.
