Overview
We’re delighted to introduce Villa Lumiere 2, a stylish and contemporary 4-bedroom villa offering a luxurious base just a 12–15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. Ideally positioned close to Villas Lumiere 1 and 3, this villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, and can also be booked alongside its neighbours for larger parties wishing to holiday close together in comfort and style.
The interior features a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed for relaxed modern living. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen and generous dining space are ideal for entertaining, while a ground-floor double bedroom offers direct garden access. Upstairs, three further en-suite bedrooms enjoy private balconies and lovely sea views.
Outside, the private pool terrace is a tranquil retreat with sun loungers, shaded al-fresco dining, plush seating, BBQ and table tennis. Villa Lumiere 2 offers an indulgent and flexible escape in Kalkan.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.
The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.
The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.
A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.
First Floor
Double bedroom with en-suite shower area screened off by a frosted glass panel. This bedroom has a balcony to the side of the property.
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property (shared with the above-mentioned bedroom).
Outside The Villa
Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis.
