Overview
Villa Lillian is a beautifully renovated and luxuriously appointed 5-bedroom villa in the sought-after Kiziltas area of Kalkan, boasting breathtaking views across Kalkan Bay and the islands beyond. Finished to the highest standards, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living space with stylish interiors and meticulous attention to detail throughout, and is just a short taxi ride or a 20–25 minute walk downhill to the town centre.
The open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto an expansive pool terrace, complemented by a superbly equipped kitchen, elegant dining space and multiple en-suite bedrooms, including a separate annexe ideal for added privacy. Additional highlights include a games room, gym equipment and sauna.
Outside, the infinity pool with Jacuzzi, pool bar, BBQ and shaded dining areas create the perfect setting for relaxed entertaining. Guests are also welcome to use the basketball net at the entrance to the villa and the darts board by the pool bar, adding to the villa’s exceptional leisure facilities.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The property is accessed through a sliding gate to the side of the property. The entrance door is at the rear of the villa, past the newly laid garden which is full of fruit trees and roses.
The open plan living area has two large sofas and two arm chairs spaced around a coffee table plus a large Smart TV. There is also a sound system and sliding doors lead out on to the pool terrace. The wall of bookshelves offers a selection of English books which guests are welcome to read.
The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and leads to the kitchen area featuring a kitchen island that has 4 bar chairs and an induction hob. The extremely well-equipped kitchen also has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler.
Beyond the sitting room is a twin bedroom (that can be made into a double if required) with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors from this bedroom, lead out on to the pool terrace.
There is a separate WC for guests' use on this level as well.
First Floor
This level has three bedrooms – the first is a twin room (which again can be made into a double if required), with en-suite shower room plus own private balcony accessed via sliding doors. There are two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the wonderful sea views.
The Master bedroom is next door with a large 4 poster bed set in the middle of the room plus an en-suite shower room and twin basins. Sliding doors lead out to the large balcony with extensive views across Kalkan Bay.
The large 'family room' on this level has a king-sized bed plus a sofa that can turn into a small double bed for guests who would like their children with them. There is also an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony, again with views down to the harbour and the bay.
Annexe
External stairs at the side of the villa lead down to a separate annexe which houses a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to a small terrace. This room also has a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (please note: the bedroom within this annexe is not suitable for unaccompanied young children as it's separately accessed from the main part of the house).
There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests' use.
A games room with table tennis and some gym equipment is also available for guests, together with a sauna, shower and a separate WC and basin
Outside The Villa
The villa has an extensive terrace with a large infinity-edged pool, with an integral Jacuzzi and shallow area for two sun loungers. There are a further 8 sun loungers spaced around the pool with 2 parasols and a further large parasol that can be angled.
There are two seating areas; a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table near the kitchen beneath a pergola, plus a smaller sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table located close to the ground floor bedroom.
There is also a poolside bar with drinks fridge, a BBQ for al-fresco dining and a large dining table with 10 chairs, all under cover.
A poolside shower is also provided.

Points to note
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- The villa is fully air-conditioned
- Every bedroom has a dressing table with a chair, wardrobes and an extendable airer outside the room or on the balcony. There are also two types of pillow within a basket in each bedroom, as well as a hairdryer and complimentary shampoo
- Extended WiFi internet connection is provided throughout the villa
- Games room with tennis table and gym equipment as well as a sauna
- Guests are welcome to use the basketball net at the entrance to the villa and the darts board by the pool bar
- A BBQ is provided – 8 guests can sit around the BBQ if desired and cook their own food
- Please bring your own capsules for the Nespresso coffee-maker
- The 11th + 12th guests (if applicable) would be accommodated on the double sofabed in the family room so 4 people occupy this room (ie: this would be suitable for children / teens as opposed to adults)
- The bedroom in the Annexe is not suitable for unaccompanied young children as it's separately accessed from the main part of the house (it would be suitable for teens / adults wanting some independence and privacy)
- A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)
- There is one cot available for guests use together with various baby/toddler equipment
