The villa has a large open plan living area split into two levels. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus a TV. Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water cooler. There is a dining table within the kitchen area that seats 8 comfortably.

A cloakroom for guests’ use can also be found on this floor and there’s a washing machine is in the adjacent walk-in cupboard.

This level houses two bedrooms; a spacious double at the front of the villa with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead out on to the large private covered balcony which is furnished with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

At the rear of the building is a twin room with an en-suite shower room and within the room itself is a wardrobe and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead out on to a private side balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a table overlooking the olive groves.

The master bedroom occupies this whole floor. This suite has a dressing room accessed via a couple of steps and this leads to the en-suite shower room with separate corner Jacuzzi bathtub and twin basins. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out on to the large private covered balcony which is furnished with two sun loungers as well as two chairs and table from which to enjoy the breath-taking sea views.

At the top of the stairs is a small fridge freezer with a kitchenette and a glass door leads out on to the roof terrace.

There is a twin bedroom on this floor at the rear of the villa which has a wardrobe and bedside tables. A separate shower room to service this room can be found next door.

The infinity freshwater pool has steps within the pool for access, as well as a water feature. There are six sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool. There is also a mosaiced dining table with eight chairs as well as a stone-built BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al-fresco dining.
