Open plan living, dining and kitchen area; the living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus flat screen TV.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven and a gas hob. There is also a dining table to seat 10 guests.
The first of the villa's 6 bedrooms can be found on this floor; a double with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool terrace.
First Floor
Three bedrooms can be found on this level (each with en-suite facilities and balconies with sea view); the master bedroom (with king-size bed), a twin and a double bedroom.
Second Floor
This level houses two further bedrooms; a twin and a double. These share a bathroom plus a balcony and access to a roof terrace.
Roof Terrace
The large roof terrace has seating which offers great view across Kalkan bay.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a lovely pool terrace plus a shaded al-fresco dining area (seating 10 guests).
Table tennis is also provided on the pool terrace.
