In the living area is a sitting room, a TV room and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably with sliding doors that lead out to the pool terrace as well as the veranda at the front of the villa.

Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower.

There is a cloakroom with wc and basin on this level for guests use as well.

There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on this level and two twin bedrooms. Guests using these rooms would share the separate shower with wc and basin on this floor. There is also a washing machine in this bathroom for guests to use.

Internal stairs lead to the roof terrace. There are two wrought iron armchairs and a sofa with comfy cushions spaced around a coffee table offering partial sea views across the Likya estate – the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town.

The large freshwater swimming pool has steps to enter the water with sun loungers spaced around it.

There is a dining table with 10 chairs and a stone BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.

There is a wicker sofa and chairs around a coffee table with a large parasol to enjoy a relaxing coffee by the pool.

To the front of the villa on the veranda is a further seating area and table tennis for those guests who like to be a bit more energetic.

For a weekly fee, guests also have use of the Likya Estate's large communal pool if required. Please ask about costs prior to your arrival (costs vary from year to year).
