Overview
Villa Lauren is a spacious three-bedroom villa located in the popular Lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan, enjoying lovely views across Kalkan Bay and just a 15-minute walk into the town centre. Recently refurbished by the owners, the villa combines comfort and style, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxed and scenic retreat.
Inside, the villa offers bright and welcoming living spaces with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge opening onto the pool terrace. All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with two double bedrooms on the first floor benefiting from en-suite facilities and private balconies with sea views.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private freshwater pool, sun loungers, shaded seating and a pergola-covered dining area with built-in BBQ. With mature gardens, off-street parking and tranquil surroundings, Villa Lauren is a wonderful base for enjoying Kalkan and its beautiful coastline.

Ground Floor
The villa is accessed from a gate at street level which opens straight onto the pool terrace. The entrance door is to the side of the villa and opens into a hallway with a separate shower room with WC and basin for guests using the ground floor twin bedroom. Within this bedroom is a dressing table with stool, a bedside table and wardrobe.
The living area to the front of the villa has two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a Smart TV. There's also a DVD player and DVDs in the draw below the TV for guests to use. There are also board games which guests are welcome to play.
There's a sleek well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with extractor fan, cafetiere, kettle and toaster. There's also an ironing board and iron in one of the cupboards for guests to use.
First Floor
There are two double bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with two bedside tables and a dressing table with stool. There is an en-suite shower with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with a circular table and two chairs – the perfect place to take in the spectacular sea views.
The second double bedroom has built-in wardrobes, two bedside tables and a dressing table with stool. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and basin as well as the washing machine in the cupboard below the basin for guests to use. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with sea views.
Outside The Villa
The pool terrace, accessed through sliding glass doors from the kitchen, leads to a mosaic tiled dining table with 6 wrought iron chairs, found beneath a pergola with a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
There is also a comfortable wrought iron sofa with two armchairs with comfortable cushions at the front of the villa with views across Kalkan to the bay.
The freshwater pool has a ladder for access and there are 6 sun loungers with 3 parasols and side tables spaced around it.
There is also a swing chair to relax and take in the wonderful sea views within the mature garden.
