Overview
Villa La Mer is a stylish four-bedroom contemporary villa that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, located in the popular Kördere area of Kalkan. Just a six-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and around 15 minutes from the famous Kaputas Beach, the villa combines convenience with a peaceful hillside setting.
Beautifully furnished throughout, Villa La Mer enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over Kalkan Bay towards Mouse and Snake Islands. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light, allowing guests to fully appreciate the stunning sunsets and sea views from every room, including the bathrooms. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is modern and spacious, while all bedrooms are en-suite and designed for comfort and relaxation.
Outside, the villa features a private infinity pool with Jacuzzi and shallow areas, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating ideal for al fresco dining. Ground Floor
Spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with 50" Smart TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels and a DVD player.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
A large dining table is provided which can seat eight people.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Doors from the living area lead out onto the villa's pool terrace.
The first of the villas four bedrooms can be found on this level – a twin bedroom which has access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has a 32" Led TV plus an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower.
First Floor
This floor has two double bedrooms (each with King size beds) and each has a sea view balcony, together with en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths and rainfall showers. A further bedroom on this floor has a Superking size bed which can be configured as twin beds if required. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with an amazing view) plus rainfall shower.
All bedrooms on this level rooms have a 32" Led TV.
Outside The Villa
The large pool terrace has an infinity-edged pool for sole use with dimensions of approximately 12 metres x 5.25 metres x 1.5 metres deep. The pool has shallow sun lounge area and a children's area as well as a 1.5 metre x 2 metre Jacuzzi.
There is also a shaded al-fresco dining area and seating area with a comfortable garden sofa from which to enjoy the views over the bay.
Ample sun loungers and parasols are provided.
