Villa La Mer Azur is a luxurious four-bedroom villa set above Kalkan, just a 6-minute drive from the town centre and within easy reach of Kaputas and Patara beaches. Beautifully furnished and designed to maximise its elevated position, the villa enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over Kalkan Bay and towards Mouse and Snake Islands, with spectacular sunsets visible from every room.
Inside, the villa offers an impressive open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary furnishings and high-end features including a Smart TV, sound system, electric fireplace and piano. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a spacious dining area, while all bedrooms are generously sized, en-suite and feature Jacuzzi baths, rain showers and private sea views.
Outside, the infinity pool with Jacuzzi and children’s section is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa also benefits from a private games room, landscaped garden and closed private parking for two cars, completing this exceptional Mediterranean retreat.

Ground Floor
Spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area of total 100 sqm.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a 55” Smart TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels and a 5.1 Sound System/DVD player. There is an electric piano and an electrical fireplace in the living area.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Large dining table is provided to seat eight people.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Doors from the living area lead out onto the villa's pool terrace.
The first of the villa’s four bedrooms can be found on this level; a twin bedroom which has direct access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and rain shower (room size is approximately 36 square metres, including the bathroom).
Lower Ground Floor
The games room has pool table, table tennis and a foosball table.
First Floor
Here you will find two double bedrooms with King size beds and own sea view balcony. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and rain shower (each room is approximately 36 square metres including bathroom and balcony).
In addition, there is a further double bedroom on this level, with Super King size bed. If needed, this bed can be converted into two separate single-sized beds. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom with an amazing Kalkan view (the room size, including the bathroom is approximately 32 square metres.
All bedrooms rooms have a 32” Led TV.
Outside The Villa
The large pool terrace has an infinity-edged pool for sole use with dimensions of approximately 14 metres x 4.25 metres and 1.5 metres deep. The pool features a shallow sun lounger area and kids pool area (1.5 metres x 3.25 metres) as well as a 2.5 metres x2 metres Jacuzzi section.
A shaded al-fresco dining area and seating area is also provided with a comfortable garden sofa from which to enjoy the view over the bay.
Ample sun loungers and parasols are provided.
There is a garden at back of the villa.
There is closed private car parking for two cars.
