Overview
Superbly located in Kalkan's Old Town, Kulenin Evi is a detached, air-conditioned, four bedroom, four bathroom villa that offers stunning views of Kalkan Bay, Kalkan town and the surrounding Taurus Mountains.
The spacious villa is surrounded by a large private garden containing the private pool, adjacent Jacuzzi and no less than five terraces. The garden terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining while you can enjoy the sun on the pool terrace, take advantage of the shade on the vine terrace, relax under the shade sail on the rear terrace and if you are feeling energetic, play table tennis on the back terrace, all surrounded by bouganvillea, hibiscus and many other exotic plants.
Kulenin Evi is wonderfully positioned, just 200 yards from the beach and 2 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. No need for taxi's here!

Ground Floor
This floor houses a large double bedroom with a super-king sized bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room plus an twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.
First Floor
The spacious sitting room, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay, is located on this level. The sitting room has seating for nine with armchairs and sofas. There are DVD and CD players provided with a range of DVDs/CDs available for guests' use. There is a bluetooth speaker and Apple TV plus some games and a library of over 100 books.
The fully equipped separate kitchen is also on the first floor and includes a gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer and a chilled/hot water dispenser.
There is a dining area and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool with steps down to the patio where there is an additional eating area, ideal for lunch time.
Second Floor
The second floor comprises a large, double bedroom again with a super-king sized bed, dressing room, shower room and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, with twin beds, en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea.
All the rooms have balconies or direct access to patio areas.
Third Floor
The laundry area is on this level with, a washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge to keep your food and drinks cold when sitting on the roof terrace.
Outside The Villa
The private swimming pool (approximately 35 square metres) is set in the unusually large garden which has five separate terraces accommodating eight sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs and sofas to enjoy relaxing with a book, the shade under the vines, lunch by the pool, lying in the sun or if you are feeling energetic, a game of table tennis. The Jacuzzi next to the pool (approximately 4 square metres) has 13 hydro air jets and is a touch of luxury to enjoy.
In the evening you can retire to the terrace on the roof with a glass of wine and, surrounded by bouganvillea, you can enjoy the amazing views. You might like to try a BBQ on the roof terrace where dining is magical as the sun sets and the stars come out over Kalkan harbour, the Taurus Mountains and Kalkan town.
The large private garden is well stocked with bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine and other exotic plants.
There are also lemon trees, bananas, figs, grapes, mulberries, pomegranates and olives in the garden

- The villa is not suitable for those with limited mobility as there are a number of steps both inside and outside the villa and families with young children should also note that the main pool does not have a shallow end though the outdoor Jacuzzi, which is about two feet deep, doubles as a child's pool
- There are two mini safes in the villa which will hold passports, jewellery, money and other small valuables
- 4 hairdryers are provided for guests' use
- A welcome pack on arrival
- Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
