Inside the villa on this level, the spacious open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen has huge sliding doors which open up to bring the outside in and the inside out. On this floor there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, a downstairs guest WC and shower.

Also on this level is a large twin bedroom with en-suite and sliding doors that open out onto the pool terrace.

A flight of stairs takes you from the entrance gate at road level up to the covered games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis whilst still enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views.

On this floor, there are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room. Please note that the entrance to these two bedrooms is separate from the main house, so these bedrooms are not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

Upstairs you will find three stunning double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as the wet-room style shower) and private balconies.

On the top floor of this amazing property you will find a small kitchenette and a roof terrace like no other, with a raised Turkish style shaded seating area from which to lie back and watch the sea, the sky and the stars!

In addition to the roof terrace, outside the villa, you will find a spacious terrace area with large pool, loungers and a shaded al-fresco dining area, together with comfortable seating.
