Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance hall has a small 'snug' or TV room with a PS4 (with games) and smart TV provided for guests’ use. On the other side of the hallway is a separate shower room with WC and basin.
Past the staircase are a couple of steps down to the open plan living area. This is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and another small sofa placed around a coffee table. A wall mounted Smart TV is provided with English channels and Netflix (via your own account).
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, air-fryer, conduction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.
Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.
A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs, together with an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.
First Floor
There are three double bedrooms on this floor.
The first double room at the front of the property has a Juliette balcony with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a chest of drawers with mirror and stool. This room has lovely views across Kalamar Bay to the islands beyond and it shares a large family shower room with a ceramic basin and WC.
The second double bedroom is at the rear of the property with views of the tree-lined street below (please note, this room can be configured as a twin on request). This bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and small decorative padded stool and shares the above-mentioned shower room across the landing.
The master bedroom on this level has sliding doors to a large covered balcony furnished with two armchairs and a small wooden coffee table; the perfect spot from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay below and the surrounding mountains. The bedroom is furnished with an open frame wardrobe and a chaise longue at the end of the king-sized bed. The en-suite shower room has a ceramic basin and WC.
Outside The Villa
There are 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols by the infinity-edged pool that has a shallow end with steps for access. There is also a covered seating area with a sofa and two arm-chairs set around a coffee table in which to relax and enjoy the views, together with a swing seat.
To the side of the villa is a marble topped dining table to seat 6 guests and a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

- Pool heating is available at this villa at an extra cost of £150 per week. This needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days' notice
- Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
