The open plan living space has two sofas and armchairs set around a coffee table, as well as a flat-screen TV with access to Prime and Netflix. There is also Play Station 4 available as well as a portable speaker to enjoy music inside or outside the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A small utility room under the stairs on this level houses the washing machine.

A large dining table to seat 8 guests is conveniently positioned alongside the kitchen area and sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

There is a WC for guests use on this level as well.

The lower ground floor, which is accessed from the main stairs leading up to the villa, has an indoor pool and gym equipment including treadmill, exercise bike and dumb bells.

Sliding doors lead to a large outdoor terrace with built in seating with comfy cushions, two sun loungers and table tennis.

This floor has three bedrooms – the first is a twin bedroom with a contemporary glass partitioned en-suite shower room. This room has access to a shared balcony with two chairs and a table to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee.

The second bedroom shares the same balcony and is a double room with en-suite shower room.

The final room on this floor is the Master suite which has a walk-in dressing room and en-suite shower with double basins and a picture window (this has a blind in place for privacy). There is an armchair for relaxation, or from which to watch the TV in this bedroom and a private balcony furnished with two chairs and small table is provided as well.

All bedrooms offer wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, as well as excellent views of Kalkan Bay.

The second floor has two double bedrooms. The first has an en-suite shower and separate bath. Sliding doors give access to the roof terrace.

The second double bedroom has a large wet room, integral dressing area and sliding doors leading out to the roof terrace. There is also a small fridge in this room to enable you to enjoy a cold drink whilst enjoying the incredible views across the bay.

The roof terrace is furnished with two sun loungers to allow some relaxation in peace and tranquillity, as well as a comfy seating set.

The villa has an impressive infinity pool with a shallow area to allow for ‘in-pool’ sun loungers. There are eight sun loungers spaced around the pool (12 in total are available) with parasols. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. There is a built-in seating area with coffee table as well as an al-fresco dining area to seat eight guests.

There is also a small garden area to the side of the villa and a built-in BBQ.
