Inside, the villa is beautifully designed with a spacious open-plan living area, a sleek contemporary kitchen and indulgent extras including a private cinema room, games facilities and a sumptuous master suite featuring an in-room Jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms are en-suite, stylishly furnished and open onto a shared balcony with breathtaking panoramic views.
Outside, a striking private pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, swim-up seating and expansive terrace creates the perfect setting for relaxed days and atmospheric evenings. A shaded pergola seating area, alfresco dining space, table tennis and a covered garage at street level complete this exceptional retreat.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance door opens into a large open plan living space with an L-shaped sofa and armchair set around a coffee table. There is a large Smart TV as well as table football. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in electric oven and microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle and water cooler. There is also a kitchen bar with two stools and an integral dining table that seats 4 comfortably. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.
A cinema room can be found just off the living area with a sofa and 2 armchairs plus a large TV screen that also offers a DVD player, a music sound system and PlayStation.
There is also a cloakroom / WC on this level for guests' use.
First Floor
This level has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a large double bed with a Jacuzzi bath within the room. There is an en-suite shower room with twin basins and a picture window with integral blinds. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two comfortable chairs with a small coffee table as well as a wall mounted smart TV. Sliding doors lead to the balcony (shared with the twin room) which has two chairs and a coffee table with panoramic views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay with the islands beyond.
The twin bedroom across the landing can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe, a comfy chair with side table,a wall mounted smart TV, a dressing table with stool as well as an en-suite shower room that also has a picture window with internal blinds. Sliding doors give access to the shared balcony with breathtaking views.
Outside The Villa
The pool terrace is accessed via the ground floor living area and can also be reached via a flight of steps from the street below. The rainbow coloured pool has an integral Jacuzzi with steps leading into the pool on either side, as well as two stools within the pool on which to enjoy a drink while taking in the wonderful vistas.
Around the freshwater pool are 4 sun loungers with a parasol. There is also a comfy sofa set and dining table with 4 chairs with a build in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
To the side of the villa is a wooden balcony with ottoman seating beneath a pergola with views across the mountains and village below.
Table tennis is also provided.
