Doors from the courtyard lead into the open plan living space with two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a large Smart TV.

The modern kitchen area is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and water cooler. There is also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably and under the stairs, is the washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests' use. There is also a WC and basin on this level.

The open wooden stairs lead up to a small sauna and a large Jacuzzi bath on the landing with a picture window to enjoy the sea views (there are blinds for privacy).

There are two bedrooms; the twin room can be made into a double if required and has an en-suite shower, dressing table and stool with hairdryer, a wall mounted TV and wardrobe. A glass door leads to the shared covered balcony that runs the length of the house. Both rooms have their own two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the sea views across the roof tops.

The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, wall mounted TV, dressing table with stool and a hairdryer, plus a wardrobe with a safe in it for guests use. Again a glass door leads to the shared covered balcony with sea views.

The gate off the street opens into a private courtyard with a small pool, 4 sun loungers and a parasol. A dining table with 4 chairs is also provided under a pergola and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
