Two further double bedrooms can be found on this floor, each with en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony that looks over the garden to the rear of the house.

An additional balcony can be found on this floor which is accessed via a door on the landing.

The villa has an oval-shaped pool (approximately 6 metres x 3 metres and a constant depth of 1.5 metres), al-fresco dining area. The centre of Kalkan is less than 8 minutes’ walk away.

The house is located on the exclusive Likya Estate which includes access to a huge communal pool and staffed club house surrounded by lush gardens open exclusively to estate guests, there is also a service in this area where you can have snacks and beverages at an additional cost (usually, a daily fee is payable for use of the communal pool, but for the 2026 season, the owners will bear the cost of this – please let us know ahead of your arrival if you wish to use the communal pool so we can add your party to the guest list).
