There is a separate WC with basin on this level for guests use.

The huge games room on this level offers a pool table, table tennis and table football. There is also a running machine. Opaque glass doors lead to separate shower room and a separate WC with basin. There is also a sauna and hamam on this level, together with a cinema room with a large L-shaped sofa and a large Smart TV with access to Netflix (via your own account).

The utility room is also on this level with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

The infinity pool has a shallow section with two sun beds immersed in the water with steppingstones to reach the other side of the pool terrace. The deeper part of the pool has a ladder for access. There are a further 6 sun loungers spaced around the pool with 3 parasols.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is a built in BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the boats leave the harbour.
