The entrance door leads into an open plan living space with a guest cloakroom by the door. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

The living room has a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table, plus a flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably but can be extended. Sliding doors from the kitchen and living room give access to the pool terrace.

Spiral stairs lead down to the lower ground floor bedrooms as well as the two floors above.

There are two bedrooms on this level. The first room is a twin but can be made into a double on request. There is an en-suite shower room through opaque glass doors, dressing table with stool and a wardrobe. Sliding doors lead to the garden patio with decking and grass.

The second bedroom is a large double with own dressing area with wardrobes and dressing table and stool with an en-suite shower room through opaque glass doors. Sliding doors lead to the shared garden patio.

There is also an external staircase that leads up to the pool terrace from the patio garden.

A washing machine can be found in the cupboard under the stairs on this level and there is also an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

There are two further bedrooms on this level, again a twin room that can be made into a double on request. There is a dressing table and stool as well as wardrobes plus a small balcony through sliding doors to enjoy the sea views. The shower room for this bedroom is across the hallway.

The second bedroom is a double with dressing area, en-suite shower room and a small balcony with sea views.

This has a double bedroom under the eaves with an en-suite shower room. There is also a large Jacuzzi bath within the room. A glass door leads to the roof terrace which is furnished with a swing sofa. There are also two chairs and small table from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay to the islands – a perfect spot to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town.

There are four sun loungers and parasols around the infinity pool. The pool has a ladder for access and there is also an integral shallow end for either young children or to place sun loungers.

A dining table to seat 6 guests and a free standing BBQ are also provided to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.
