Accommodation
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a generous open-plan living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar (with 2 bar stools). There is a separate WC and the living area has direct access to the pool terrace.
First Floor
The first and second floors are identical. Each floor comprises of two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower / wet room, built-in wardrobes and vanity unit. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with fabulous views across Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean. One bedroom has a large balcony with seating and the other room a Juliet balcony.
Upper Floor
On the upper floor is the fifth, attic style bedroom with 2 single beds, an en-suite shower / wet room, built-in wardrobe and vanity unit. There is direct access to a large roof terrace with 360 degree views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains behind.
Outside The Apartment
Outside is a pool terrace with infinity swimming pool (approximate dimensions are 8.5m x 4.5m), sun loungers and outside shower. There are pergolas’ with a shaded eating table for alfresco dining plus a comfortable seating area and a decked sunbathing area. At the entrance to the property there is covered car parking.
