Ground Floor

Open plan well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and hob. There is a dining table to seat 8. The spacious lounge area provides comfortable seating and a wall-mounted satellite TV + DVD player.

There is also a utility room on this level with washing machine.

Double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Separate shower room + WC.

Lower Ground Floor

Twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Please note that this bedroom is situated within an annexe on ground floor level that is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, therefore, it's not suitable for young children. It's best suited to teenagers who would enjoy the independence of being able to come and go as they please.

First Floor

This floor houses one double bedroom, with en-suite facilities.

Sea views can be enjoyed from every aspect of the villa.

Second Floor

This floor houses two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. There are 5 steps going up between these two rooms.

Outside The Villa

Large infinity-edged pool (approximate dimensions are 8 metres x 4 metres).

The pool terrace is furnished with two sets of comfortable furniture from which to enjoy the beautiful vistas.

There are ample sun-loungers and parasols plus a shaded dining area to seat 8.

There is a high-quality table tennis setup (including all the necessary equipment) as well as a football table.
