The entrance door at the back of the villa leads into an open plan living area with a cloakroom by the front door with a wc and twin sinks.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa with an integral chaise long with a coffee table and a large Smart TV with IPTV available as well. There is also a dining table that seats 10 guests comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The sleek fully fitted kitchen has an island with a two ring gas hob as well as a 4 ring electric hob available with an extractor fan above. There is also a large fridge freezer with an integral water dispenser, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, sandwich toaster, water cooler, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Also on this floor is a twin bedroom that can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe and two bedside tables as well as an ensuite shower with wc and basin.

This floor has three bedrooms – the first bedroom to the right is a twin that can be made into a double on request. The en-suite glass shower room has a blind when privacy is desired with a wc and basin . Within the room is a built in wardrobe and two bedside tables. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the views across Kalkan and out over the bay.

The middle room is a small double with a glass en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Within the room is a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with two chairs and a side table to take in the sea views.

The master bedroom to the left of the hall has its own dressing area with open wardrobes and a full length mirror. There is an ensuite shower room with wc and basin and curtains are provided for those guests who prefer some privacy. Within the room is a wall mounted TV, two bedside tables and a jacuzzi bath. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sea views.

This floor has a double bedroom under high eaves with a built in wardrobe and dressing table with stool. The ensuite shower room has a remote controlled blind for the jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower, wc and basin. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace offering panoramic views of Kalkan Bay to the islands.

The wardrobe in the hallway has a washing machine within for guests to use.

The villa’s roof terrace can also be accessed via a glass door from the hallway and this leads to the plunge pool with a glass infinity edge for guests to enjoy the views. The pool is accessed up some wooden steps and the decking leads to steps to enter the water as well as an integral jacuzzi bench. There is also an external shower for guests use.

There are also two sun loungers with a parasol and a seating area with a large glass coffee table and 8 chairs to make the most of the views across to the islands.

To the side of the villa separate sliding doors give access to the gym with yoga mats and a ball, free weights, a rowing machine, a cycling machine and a treadmill. Beyond this is a sauna, a separate shower and a small hamam.

The large pool has Roman steps for access at one end and a shallow area where there are 2 sun loungers immersed in the water. A further 6 sun loungers with side tables and parasols are spaced around the pool. There is also an outside shower.

Under the pergola is an L-shaped sofa with an arm chair and coffee table. There is also a double swing seat.

Under a pergola to the side of the villa is a large dining table with 10 chairs and a built in BBQ with a sink and a separate gas ring as well to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.

There is also a table tennis table, a darts board and a basket ball hoop for those in your party who like to be a bit more active.
