The entrance door at the rear of the villa opens into a light filled open plan living space. To the right of the front door is a utility area with a washing machine that leads to a cloakroom with WC and basin.

The living area has a wall mounted Smart TV, a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table with two armchairs. Sliding doors lead on to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, a filter coffee machine, a water cooler, toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The dining table seats 8 comfortably with 5 chairs and a bench seat. Sliding glass doors can be opened on all sides onto the pool terrace to give a feeling of an outside living space if desired.

Also on this level is a twin bedroom that can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and a walk in wardrobe with a sliding door which has a full length mirror that leads to the en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace with wonderful views of Kalkan Bay and the mountains that surround it.

The walk-in wardrobe of this ground floor room also has an iron, ironing board, airer and vacuum cleaner for guests’ use.

There are two bedrooms on this floor at either end of a glass walled walkway making the most of the spectacular views and looking down onto the pebble garden with swing chair below.

The first double bedroom to the left of the stairs is a king-size with dressing table and chair. The walk-in wardrobe leads to an en-suite shower room. There is a small Juliette balcony through a glass window with integral blinds and sliding doors lead out to the front balcony with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the sea views.

The master bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bathtub as well as a dressing table with chair. There is an en-suite shower room as well as walk in wardrobe. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace to the side of the villa with two sun loungers and the front balcony has two chairs and a side table – both offer fabulous views.

The 13 metre infinity pool has a ladder at one end for access and an integral Jacuzzi at the other end with incredible panoramic views of the town, the bay and the mountains beyond.

There are six mesh sun loungers with side tables and two parasols placed around the pool.

A dining table with 6 chairs is set beneath a pergola and there is a built in BBQ as well as a sink to the side of the villa to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.

There is also a comfortable sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table – a tranquil space in which to relax and unwind and enjoy the incredible views.

Below the pool terrace is a games room with table tennis for those guests who like to be a bit more active!

There are terraced gardens to the rear of the villa and a small side gate by the front steps that leads to Banu Villa which can be unlocked if the two properties are rented together.
