The entrance door leads into an open plan living area with a cloakroom by the entrance door for guests’ use.

There is an L-shaped sofa in front of a large Smart TV that offers English channels. A further seating area provides 2 sofas and an armchair set around a coffee table. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in microwave and electric oven, kettle and toaster. There is a separate tap in the sink for filtered water as well a water cooler. The breakfast bar has 3 stools as well as a gas hob with an overhead extractor fan.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The spiral stairs lead to the two floors above with lighting cascading from the top floor creating a wonderful atrium with lots of light.

This floor has two bedrooms – the first is the master bedroom with a large Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. There is a separate en-suite shower room behind opaque glass walls. There is also a wall mounted TV and wardrobes. Sliding doors lead to the large, shared balcony furnished with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the incredible sea views across Kalkan and out over the bay.

The second bedroom is a twin that can be made into a double if required. There is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an L-shaped sofa bed that can be made into a double bed if needed. There is an en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with magnificent sea views.

This floor has a large double bedroom set under the eaves with a large picture window. On one side of the double bed under the eaves, is a dressing table with stool, wardrobe and L-shaped sofa that can be turned into a double bed if required. There is a glass door to access the roof terrace. On the other side of the bedroom is a Jacuzzi bath with an en-suite shower room behind opaque glass doors. Again, there is a glass door leading to the roof terrace.

The roof terrace which is furnished with a comfortable sofa set and two bean bag chairs enabling guests to make the most of the panoramic views of the mountains and across to mouse and snake islands in Kalkan Bay.

The villa has an infinity pool with steps to access the water. There is a shallow section with 4 sun loungers and two side tables immersed in the water. There are two further sun loungers on the terrace with a parasol and a swing chair.

There is a comfortable seating area under the eaves of the villa in which to relax and take in the views. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs beneath a covered pergola with a built in BBQ for al fresco dining. There are also two bean bag chairs that can be placed where desired on the pool terrace.
